Nothing is billed automatically. Markyard is in early access and the pricing above is still being finalised with our first print shops, so before your shop moves onto a paid plan we will talk you through timing and price directly rather than charging a card on file.

No. The 14-day trial needs no credit card, and nothing is charged during early access.

An inquiry is one customer request that lands in your shop's connected inbox, a quote request, a reorder, an artwork question, anything Markyard reads and turns into a quote-ready job. It is counted once per inquiry thread, not once per message inside that thread.

Yes. As your shop's volume changes you can move to a different plan. Because early access pricing is still being finalised, a change goes through us directly for now rather than a self-serve switch.

Your inquiries and account data stay available so you can export what you need. A full retention policy has not been published yet; see the privacy page for what is confirmed so far, and ask us directly for anything it does not cover.

These three plans are sized for typical solo, small-team and scaling print shops. If your volume or workflow does not fit that shape, tell us about it and we will build a plan around it instead of asking you to pick from the three above.
